Paper size: A4 page (210 mm x 297 mm)

Length: maximum 250 words

Margin: 2.5 cm (or 1”) on all sides

Line-spacing: Single

Font and size: Times New Roman, 12-point

Title format: Bold capital letters and centered

By-line format: Names of the author(s) are in the center of the page, two line spaces after the title, underlining the name of the presenting author

The abstract includes :

1.     Title

2.     Objectives

3.     Methods

4.     Results

5.     Conclusion

6.     Keywords

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PREPARATION

Poster will be presented in a hall with  90 cm (W) X 120 cm (H) bulletin board (provided). Thus, the poster size 90 cm (W) X 110 cm(H) is recommended. Participants are responsible for putting their posters on display and removing them after closing ceremony. Organizer will provide the equipment needed for mounting posters. Presenters should set up their posters on the board according to their presentation number. The poster sessions will be held every day of the conference.

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PREPARATION

The speakers will have 15 minutes to present plus 5 minutes for questions and answers. Speakers are requested to submit the Power Point presentation, if any, one day before the allotted time. Each session room will be equipped with the LCD-projector connected to a PC with MS Office (compatible with all versions) and a laser pointer.
